Prevention program in Haiti — Education on heart disease among children in a school created by Jimmy

The Heart Fund and Jimmy Jean-Louis are implementing a cardiovascular disease prevention and education program for children at the Hollywood Unites for Haiti School.

The program consists of health education courses, with a monthly assessment of students, an annual screening for all children in the school, and a campaign to raise awareness of cardiovascular risk factors. The aim is to provide school children with health and medical information to reduce the prevalence of cardiovascular disease.
